Your contact form submissions are processed via Resend (email delivery service) and delivered to our team inbox. We do not store your personal data in a database. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information.

Data Processors & Sub-processors

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share your data only with the following processors, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA):

• Resend (Resend Inc., USA): email delivery of contact form submissions. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is processed in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA): website hosting and performance monitoring. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is processed in the USA and EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG/FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

We apply the following retention periods: contact inquiries that do not convert into a project engagement are deleted from our inbox after 12 months; data relating to active or completed project engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 10 years, in compliance with Swiss commercial record-keeping obligations (CO Art. 958f); anonymous performance data collected by Vercel Speed Insights is retained according to Vercel's data retention policies.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
